My husband and I live in East Texas, around the Tyler area. We drive a long distance to get anywhere and pass MANY homes and properties for sale. We are wondering why there are so many for sale? Why is everyone moving?
I thought Yahoo Questions was good because people didn’t leave dumb, rude answers….. am I wrong?????

I KNOW IF I LIVED IN TEXAS , I WOULD MOVE Just joking, in calif there moving out too, people are foreclosing

   Well it is most likely do to them being foreclosed on. It is no secret to anybody that this economy is really bad. Lots of people are losing their jobs. If they are not losing their jobs they could be sacrificing greatly in terms of their pay to keep the job that they have. It is like that everywhere. I live in the Houston area, and there are many houses I have seen that were not for sale a couple years ago with signs in the yard saying for sale now. Some even are for rent. Fact is some people are being foreclosed on losing their homes, or property. Others are trying to keep their head above water with the economy and downsizing themselves. It happens unfortunately, especially at times like these.
