M/M Mayes listed thier house with me. They had it listed with other agents, but were unable to sell. Thier house in Orange sold for $697000. We sold the house withing 2 weeks of re- listiing it, and we closed it despite issues with title etc. They were very happy with the price, and the timing of the close.
They have now moved out fo state, where they intend to relax and retire in thier new home they just bought.
