Are the price that is listed for these homes the actual sale price or leasing price?

I saw 5 bedroom and 5 bathroom houses listed for $9,000 and some for less I would like to know is this the sale price or lease price.
Think about it for a moment. A 5 bedroom house *selling* for 9k? If it’s selling that cheap, there must be an awful lot wrong with it. Leasing for 9k would be more accurate, but that seems awfully steep to me. It just depends on the area in which you are looking.

It would be the lease/rental price!

That’s $9,000 per month, so unless you’re super rich, good luck paying for it.
