I had a TON of luck with www.ziprealty.com

They even assign you a realtor who can help you with any questions you might have or take you to do any walkthroughs. On the flip side, if you already have a realtor or would rather do it solo, then that is fine too!

   There is not a house cheap enough in Bakersfield to make me want to move there. I lived there for 6 months a while back and that was the trailer trash capital of the world!!!

   I tried that bakersfield website but it wasn’t all that good in my opinion.

   Ive listed a source of an organization who sets out to help people with foreclosure and buying foreclosed property too and who have connections with a few companies that they personally recommend.
