Answerer #1: Do some research on who sent jobs overseas. Can you say "President Clinton"? And your guy has had 3+ years to make things improve, and he has not. His plan is NOT working – how long do you wait before you admit that?

Many people take their properties off the market for winter as moving in winter stinks. And not many buyers are out there stomping around in the snow to look. Therefore, rather than trying to keep the house market ready, they wait until spring.
