I’m looking specifically in the Chicago area.

I’ve found that realtors don’t divulge this information easily, but if you contact the Town Hall in the city or town you are interested in, they will give you a list. I got one and they even mailed it to me!

Need a website or something that list homes for sale in Myrtle Beach, SC for free.?

im looking for a site where i can browse unique houses for sale, preferably in the northeast region of the us, but wouldn’t mind looking wherever. Im not just talking remax.com but a site that is specific to homes that were built with architectural uniqueness in mind. let me know if you know.

I seen a HUD home for sale and really liked the property. I decided I wanted to put an offer in 2 days later and was told the listing expired. The house had no bids on it. Will it be relisted or is there another way I can buy it?

They will list it again, however, this time investors get to bid, so if it is a good deal you need to bid pretty high.

Simply call a local real estate agent. Once a home has been foreclosed upon and ownership returned to the lender/bank, you will find that about 99% of them are listed with real estate agency brokerages for disposition.

There are a few smaller local banks which may not list their REO’s this way, and you would need to contact those banks to see what they have available in REO.

I’m looking for a house in Florida, preferably in Seminole County. I’ve been looking at the foreclosed homes and there seems to be some pretty good deals on them. But a lot of sites require a membership or something to use them.
Do you know of any sites that list detailed information on homes that are in foreclosure and being sold? (a few sites show the address of said homes, but no information or pictures).

They want me to sign up for more info and I’m not so sure…….

it is a legit site, they just want you to sign up so they can sell your email address on a list. You will eventually get bombarded with junk mail
