A couple of years ago I saw a show on I thinK HGTV where they got an amount a couple was willing to spend on a home. Then they found 3 homes that were cheaper but could be remodled to meet the couples criteria and stay under the budgeted amount. I can’t for the life of me remember the name of it,or if it was really on HGTV.

I am a big fan of these types of shows and I am not recalling this one.

Where can I find homes for sale in Poland? A website listing or contact. We have visited the country last year and it is beautiful. This would be a great 2nd home get away and relatively inexpensive too.

We’re looking for haunted homes that got ghosts in there because I think it’s fun to live in. I’m hoping that I’m not dumb to think like that before we moves into one.

There are several goverment and lender’s web sites where you can pick those properties up. Most Realtors have access to bank foreclosures as well.
Some Bank Foreclosures are NOT good "deals" Depends on how much is owed on the property and how much the Bank is willing to loose, some of those properties, even being in bank foreclosure are still above current Market Value. And unfortunatly some bankforeclosures are in a pretty bad shape. Also most Bank Foreclosures are listed with a Realtor and will show up in the MLS and/or the open market.
My suggestion would be find a Realtor or do it on you own Make a list about what kind of home you are looking for, like age, pool, location, price, SF, ……. Then go and see what is available in your price range, look at the homes. Regardless if they are in foreclosure or not.
Sometimes you will see that the foreclosure home is really not the best "deal" available and you find a home (not in foreclosure) is the better value for the same or less purchase price.

Call an agent! Why not have someone who knows what their doing, do the work for you.

If you mean someone named "Roger Williams" with a comcast e-mail address is claiming he can tell you about homes for sale, it may be a scam.
