Hello. I was told about a haunted house, and actually went to go check it out…. I would LOVE to see what the house looked like before the storms got to it, or whatever did happen to it. The credits are expiring…that is the ONLY reason why they are on the rise. The same exact thing happened in November when the original deadline was coming up, before it was extended. Yes, the economy is getting better…but houses are STILL overpriced in many areas, Like Los Angeles. As long as the government keeps trying to artificially prop up home prices, a REAL recovery is not possible.
Has just gone up in a lake community as a short sale. Located in Michigan. Comparitive prices are 100k to 180k(area home sales in the last 2 years). Any ideas? Should I ask for sellers concession? Appreciate any sound advice.
Asking price really doesn’t matter, the bank does not give a hoot about that. The offer should be based on a BPO, have your agent do one. Offer 85-90% of that.
There is a short sale home I’m interested in however I really don’t want to wait around forever for the bank to respond. If I make an offer and continue to look for other homes and find a different one, can I removed me offer from the first one?
If they don’t accept your offer before you decline, yes, you can remove your offer.
I understand that real estate firms offer tours of homes for sale in the Vegas area. They ride in buses that give buyers tours of these homes.
Anyone here know of these tours and where to join one?
